We are passionate about growth and helping companies scale. Julian and Michael both started advising companies on strategic growth initiatives as management consultants at McKinsey & Company. Later as business executives we led growth initiatives at both private and public companies in multiple industries. After coming together to scale growth at travel technology company LeisureLink, we now enjoy sharing our collective experience in this field with new clients.
