Accessibility Statement
This Growth Scaling accessibility statement commits to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and gives you a direct way to report any barrier so a partner can fix it.
Growth-Scaling aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, so that owners using assistive technology can use this site as easily as anyone else. Accessibility is treated as part of quality, not an afterthought.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure, clear heading order, and descriptive link text.
- Text alternatives for images, and captions where they add meaning.
- Color contrast that targets WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text), and text that resizes without breaking layout.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus, with tap targets sized for touch.
Standards we follow
We reference the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative for WCAG, the U.S. Department of Justice’s ADA.gov for civil-rights context, and Section508.gov for federal accessibility practice. These are the primary sources we check our work against.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing. Some third-party embeds or older documents may not yet fully conform, and we fix issues as we find them. If a specific page or feature blocks you, tell us and we will prioritize a fix or provide the information another way.
Tell us about a barrier
If you hit an accessibility barrier on this site, contact us using the details below with the page and the problem, and we will respond promptly. We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not complaints. Where an immediate fix is not possible, we will offer an accessible alternative.

Accessibility questions
What accessibility standard does the site target?
We target WCAG 2.2 at Level AA, the widely used benchmark from the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. That covers contrast, keyboard operation, text alternatives, and resizable text, among other criteria. AA is the level most organizations and regulators treat as the practical standard. We build to it from the start rather than retrofitting.
How do I report an accessibility problem?
Contact us with the page address and a short description of what blocked you, using the phone or email in this statement. We treat accessibility reports as bugs to fix, not complaints to manage. A partner reviews them, and we’ll acknowledge your report and tell you the plan. Where we can’t fix something immediately, we’ll give you the information another way.
Is the whole site fully accessible today?
We aim for full AA conformance, and we’re honest that accessibility is ongoing work. Some third-party embeds or older documents may not yet fully conform, and we correct issues as we find them. If a specific feature blocks you, telling us moves it up the queue. The standards we check against are WCAG, ADA.gov, and Section508.gov.
Does this apply to documents and downloads too?
Yes, that’s the goal, though older files may lag the live pages. New documents are produced with structure and text alternatives in mind. If you need an existing document in a more accessible format, ask and we’ll provide one. We’d rather give you a usable version quickly than make you wait for a full remediation.
Who is responsible for accessibility here?
The partners are — it isn’t delegated to a plugin and forgotten. Accessibility is treated as part of quality, the same way we treat performance and correctness. That means it’s considered when pages are built, not bolted on afterward. If something falls short, a person who can fix it will read your report.
