Industries we serve

Growth Scaling industries served: seven verticals, one method.

Growth-Scaling serves seven industries — healthcare, construction, legal, restaurants, retail, franchise, and professional services — as a general-market firm that goes deep in each. The five-phase method doesn’t change by vertical; the buyer psychology and the channels do.

Seven verticals

General-market thinking. Vertical depth.

We’re a general-market firm, so the arithmetic is the same everywhere — but the buyer and the channels aren’t. SCORE’s small-business resources and the FTC’s advertising guidance shape how we market in regulated fields.

Advising a healthcare practice on growth marketing

Healthcare

Growth marketing for practice owners — E-E-A-T content and patient-trust systems. We market the practice; we don’t give medical advice.

Construction & Trades

Lead generation and local SEO for contractors, built around a seasonal pipeline instead of feast-or-famine.

Legal Services

Qualified-matter generation for firms and solo attorneys. Marketing and intake systems — not legal work.

Retail

Foot traffic and repeat purchase for retail owners, online and off, tied to a real cost-per-customer number.

Franchise

Multi-location marketing that keeps one brand consistent while each unit still competes locally.

Why vertical depth matters

The math travels. The buyer doesn’t.

A patient, a homeowner hiring a contractor, and a founder choosing a law firm decide in completely different ways. We market for owners in each field — and we’re careful never to imply we provide the medical, legal, or contracting service itself. Employer obligations across fields start at the U.S. Department of Labor.

01

Regulated fields

Problem

Healthcare and legal marketing has rules generic agencies ignore.

Solution

We build E-E-A-T content and stay inside advertising guidance.

Resolution

You grow without inviting a compliance problem.

02

Local demand

Problem

Trades, retail, and restaurants live or die on local intent.

Solution

Local SEO and offers tuned to how nearby buyers really search.

Resolution

The pipeline fills from your own market, not vanity reach.

03

Considered sales

Problem

B2B and franchise buyers take months and many touches.

Solution

Authority and referral systems that stay warm across the cycle.

Resolution

You’re the obvious choice when the buyer is finally ready.

The Growth Scaling Method

Orient. Engineer. Compound.

Three phases carry most of the weight. Full sequence — Orient, Measure, Engineer, Build, Compound — lives on the method page.

Phase 01

Orient

Find the math first.

We price the gap between what you spend and what you get back — before anyone touches a channel or a budget.

Phase 03

Engineer

Build the one path.

We design the single route where the cost to acquire a customer falls as volume rises, and cut the tactics that don’t.

Phase 05

Compound

Make it run without you.

The engine keeps producing after the retainer ends, so growth stops depending on your hours in the business.

FAQ

Industries and the method

Where does my industry fit in the Growth Scaling Method?

Every industry runs the same five phases — Orient, Measure, Engineer, Build, Compound. What changes is what Orient and Engineer find: a dentist’s buyer and a contractor’s buyer behave nothing alike. The method gives you the sequence; the vertical work makes the message and channels fit. Start with the method page to see the sequence, then book the Assessment to apply it to your business.

Do you provide the healthcare, legal, or construction service yourselves?

No, and this is a firm rule. Growth-Scaling is a marketing and business-scaling firm — we market for owners in these fields, we don’t practice medicine, law, or a trade. In regulated fields we build content that meets E-E-A-T standards and stays inside advertising rules. That distinction protects you as much as us, because misframed marketing invites a compliance problem.

Why call yourselves general-market if you go vertical?

Because the underlying arithmetic is general-market — cost to acquire a customer and customer lifetime value work the same in every industry. Going ‘vertical’ means we know the buyer, the channels, and the rules of each field on top of that math. A specialist-only agency often over-fits to one playbook; a generalist-only agency misses the field’s realities. We do both on purpose.

What if my business spans more than one industry?

That’s common, and it’s a good thing to surface early. A medical spa is part healthcare, part retail; a restaurant group with catering is hospitality plus B2B. The Assessment maps each revenue line to how its buyers really decide, so the plan reflects the real mix. You end up with one model, not two disconnected marketing efforts.

Which industry gets the strongest results?

There isn’t a ranking — results track the model, not the vertical. A well-run law firm and a well-run restaurant group both scale when the arithmetic works and the one path is funded. What differs is the timeline and the channel mix, which the Assessment prices for your specific case. You can see representative work across fields on the case studies page, then check coverage in your market on find your city.
