Case studies & results

Growth Scaling case studies: named clients, representative engagements.

Growth Scaling case studies pair named client testimonials with representative engagements by industry. The firm is young and the partners are not — so we show real people and honest process, not inflated numbers. Individual outcomes vary; see the editorial & advertising disclaimer.

We put our name and our clients’ names to the work.
In their words

Named clients, on the record.

These are real, attributed testimonials. We lead with names because a claim with a name behind it is worth more than a number without one.

Representative engagements

How results show up, by industry.

These are illustrative of how the five phases apply in each field — not client-specific figures. We keep it honest: the Federal Reserve’s Small Business Credit Survey and Census business statistics show why a priced model beats a promised number.

Restaurant interior with wooden tables and chairs

Restaurant group

A multi-room operator spending on ads with no read on covers. Orient priced the model; Engineer named one path — local intent plus loyalty — and cut the rest.

Advising a law firm on growth marketing

Solo attorney

A solo practice drowning in unqualified calls. Measure separated matters worth taking from noise, and the intake system was rebuilt so the calendar filled with the right work.

Advising a retail business on growth marketing

Retail owner

A store with online traffic that didn’t convert. Build put the site on the plan the Assessment produced, so spend was judged against a real cost-per-customer number.

Franchise brand

A multi-location brand fighting inconsistency unit to unit. Compound set one system that keeps the brand steady while each location still competes in its own market.

The Growth Scaling Method

Orient. Engineer. Compound.

Three phases carry most of the weight. Full sequence — Orient, Measure, Engineer, Build, Compound — lives on the method page.

Phase 01

Orient

Find the math first.

We price the gap between what you spend and what you get back — before anyone touches a channel or a budget.

Phase 03

Engineer

Build the one path.

We design the single route where the cost to acquire a customer falls as volume rises, and cut the tactics that don’t.

Phase 05

Compound

Make it run without you.

The engine keeps producing after the retainer ends, so growth stops depending on your hours in the business.

FAQ

About these results

Do results apply the same way to every business, or vary by industry?

The method applies the same way; the results don’t land identically. Every engagement runs the same five phases, but the timeline, channel mix, and cost-per-customer differ by industry and by how healthy the model is at the start. A restaurant group and a law firm can both scale, on different clocks. That’s why we price your specific model in the Assessment rather than promise an industry average.

Why don’t you publish revenue numbers for every client?

Because honest numbers belong to the client, and inflated ones aren’t worth having. The firm is young, so we’d rather show named testimonials and representative process than borrow someone else’s screenshot. The FTC’s consumer-protection peers exist because results claims get abused across the industry. When we do share figures, they come with a name and permission.

Are the industry examples on this page real clients?

They’re representative — illustrations of how the five phases apply in each field, not specific client accounts. We label them clearly so no one mistakes a pattern for a promise. The named, attributed proof on this page is the testimonials section above. If you want client references relevant to your situation, we provide them during the Assessment process.

How soon should I expect to see a change?

It depends entirely on where your model starts, which is the point of pricing it first. Some owners find quick wins in wasted spend the Assessment surfaces; others need the full Build before the curve bends. We won’t quote a timeline before Orient and Measure, because that would be guessing. The Plan of Action gives you a realistic 12-month sequence once the diagnosis is done.

Can I talk to a past client before I commit?

Yes, when it’s a relevant match. We’d rather connect you with an owner in a similar situation than hand over a generic reference list. That happens during the Assessment stage, once we understand what you’re really solving for. In the meantime, the named testimonials here and the partners’ public work on speaking & media are a fair read on how we operate.

The Assessment is paid, runs about two hours, and ends with numbers you keep — whether or not we work together.
