Terms of Service
These Growth Scaling terms of service set three things straight: the site is informational, engagements run on a separate signed agreement, and we make no promised-results claims.
These Terms of Service govern your use of growth-scaling.com/ and describe the basic rules for working with Growth-Scaling — the short version is that the site is provided for information, engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, and we make no guarantees of specific results.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes and to learn about our services. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content for republication without permission. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Engagements are separate
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract for services. Any engagement — the Assessment, Brand Book, retainer, or other deliverable — is governed by a separate written agreement that controls scope, fees, and timing. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins. Government guidance on running a business is available at USA.gov and the SBA business guide.
No promised results
We describe a method and representative work, not promised outcomes. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, execution, and timing. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, or any specific figure, and any example is illustrative rather than a promise.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, brand, and the Growth Scaling Method framework are owned by Growth-Scaling or its licensors and protected by law, including U.S. copyright. Deliverables you pay for are governed by your engagement agreement, which sets out what you own and what is licensed to you.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Growth-Scaling is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in California, unless your engagement agreement states otherwise.

Terms questions
Is anything on this website a binding contract?
No. The site is for information, and nothing on it is an offer or a contract for services. Every engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement that controls scope, fees, and timing. If the site and your signed agreement ever conflict, the signed agreement controls. That keeps expectations clear on both sides before any money changes hands.
Do you guarantee marketing results?
No, and we’re direct about why. Results depend on your market, your execution, and timing — factors no honest firm fully controls. We describe a method and representative work, not promised numbers, and any example is illustrative. This is also required by advertising rules, which is why you won’t see outcome-promise language anywhere on the site.
Who owns the work you produce for me?
That’s set by your engagement agreement, not this page. Generally, deliverables you pay for are yours as defined in that agreement, while the underlying method and our own frameworks remain ours. The site’s content and brand are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. We’ll spell out ownership in writing before work begins.
What law governs these terms?
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the appropriate California courts unless your engagement agreement says otherwise. If you operate in another state, that doesn’t change the governing law for the website itself. Your specific engagement terms may add detail relevant to your location.
Can these terms change?
Yes. We may update these terms as the business or the law changes, and we’ll revise the ‘Last updated’ date when we do. Material changes take effect when posted here, so it’s worth checking the date periodically. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Your signed engagement agreement, where one exists, still controls over the site.
Who this policy belongs to.
